Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Medium Investment: For early adopters learning to use voice and video in Lync 2010, we recommend that you post the resources recommended in the following table to your organization’s intranet site and then send an email to early adopters announcing the availability of the content. Early adopters generally include IT pros, help desk agents, and local Lync power users. Strongly encourage them to read the frequently asked questions (FAQ), download the Quick Reference card, watch the how-to videos, and take the self-paced training.
