Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Lync Training Download

This download contains all of the available training and user education resources for Lync. You can use the Lync Training Plan workbook, included in the download package, to choose the resources that work best for your users. Downloads are now available in English, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

Medium Investment: For early adopters learning to use devices running Microsoft Lync 2010 Phone Edition, provide a list of resources to review, including vendor-specific Quick Reference cards and the Work Smart Guide for USB devices. It is strongly recommended that early adopters take the Making, Receiving, and Managing Calls self-paced training so that they understand how to use their computer as a phone. This investment in time and training resources should help keep support calls to a minimum.
