Lync Training Download

This download contains all of the available training and user education resources for Lync. You can use the Lync Training Plan workbook, included in the download package, to choose the resources that work best for your users. Downloads are now available in English, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

Medium Investment: For new hires learning to use voice and video in Lync 2010, we recommend that you post all the resources recommended in the following table to your organization’s intranet site and then send an email to the new hires announcing the availability of the content. New hires have a wide range of skills. Strongly encourage them to take the Making, Receiving, and Managing Calls training, download the Voice and Video Quick Reference card, and read the Voice and Video Work Smart Guide.
