Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Lync Training Download

This download contains all of the available training and user education resources for Lync. You can use the Lync Training Plan workbook, included in the download package, to choose the resources that work best for your users. Downloads are now available in English, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

Low Investment: For new hires learning to use Microsoft Lync 2010 Group Chat, make training and user education resources available on your organization’s intranet site. New hires should be encouraged to download and locally print the Quick Reference card. Also, it is strongly recommended that new hires read the Lync 2010 Group Chat Work Smart Guide.
