Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

Low Investment: For administrative assistants and receptionists, post all the materials listed in the following table to your organization’s intranet site. You can easily do this with the Lync Custom Intranet Site solution. By using an email awareness campaign, you can make administrative assistants and receptionists aware that the training and user education resources are available for Microsoft Lync 2010 Group Chat. Administrative assistants and receptionists should be encouraged to download and locally print the Lync 2010 Group Chat Quick Reference card. Also, it is strongly recommended that these users read the Group Chat Work Smart Guide.
