Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Lync Training Download

This download contains all of the available training and user education resources for Lync. You can use the Lync Training Plan workbook, included in the download package, to choose the resources that work best for your users. Downloads are now available in English, Chinese (Simplified), French, German, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

High Investment: For high-level executives, offer individualized training. The Microsoft Street Team (the team that trains executives on unified communications) offers a high-level set of prescribed one-on-one training presentations, but they generally customize training sessions based on the needs of the executive.
