Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

High Investment: Help desk agents should be fully trained on the Microsoft Lync 2010 Attendant console and associated devices. Post the resources recommended in the following table to your organization’s intranet site, and provide help desk agents with access to the site. In addition, help desk agents should take the Lync 2010 Attendant self-paced training and become familiar with the Lync 2010 Attendant sections of the Client Troubleshooting resource.
