Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

High Investment: Help desk agents learning to use devices running Microsoft Lync 2010 Phone Edition should be thoroughly trained on audio devices and audio issues. Many issues are related to setup of audio devices. Also, a majority of audio errors are caused by a few common problems, such as wireless connections, low bandwidth (too many programs running), and remote connections over virtual private networks (VPNs). You should post vendor-specific content, such as Quick Reference cards, on your organization’s intranet site. Help desk agents should also be familiar with the Client Troubleshooting resource.
