Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

High Investment: Help desk should be thoroughly trained on Microsoft Lync 2010 Group Chat. Provide all user education and training materials such as Help, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and how-to videos and articles. In addition, a trainer or training team should spend an hour or more individually training the help desk agents.
