Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

Medium Investment: If you want to offer a general training plan for all users, plan for a medium investment. Post the materials listed in the following table to an intranet site, send out Scenario Spotlight emails, and strongly recommend that users take the self-paced Making, Receiving, and Managing Calls training. Users should also review and print the Voice and Video Quick Reference card.
