Lync Presence and IM – Find a Training Plan by User Profile

Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

Medium Investment: If you want to offer a general training plan for audio devices for all users, plan for a medium investment. Information and training resources should be provided by the vendor. Plan on posting Quick Reference cards and any other materials from the devices vendor to your organization’s intranet site. Also ensure that users have access to the audio troubleshooting information from the following table. In addition, users will benefit from the Making, Receiving, and Managing Calls self-paced training because it covers making calls with Lync when using a device.
