Training Plan and Strategy
High Investment: For administrative assistants and receptionists learning to use the Microsoft Lync 2010 Attendant console, we recommend that you provide one-on-one training. Administrative assistants and receptionists will need to set up the console, and they will need to know how to use the device attached to the console. They will also require training for features such as putting calls on hold and forwarding calls. You should post the resources recommended in the following table to your organization’s intranet site and provide administrative assistants and receptionists with a link to the site. It is strongly recommended that administrative assistants and receptionists take the self-paced Lync 2010 Attendant training and download the Lync 2010 Attendant Quick Reference card.
