Select a user profile to find a training plan. The training plan includes a strategy for training the users in the profile, a set of workload/product-specific resources, and recommendations for using the resources based on the user profile.

Medium Investment: If you want to offer a general training plan for Lync for Mac clients for all users, plan for a medium investment. Plan on posting Quick Reference cards and Getting Started Guides, along with How-to videos to your organization’s intranet site. Also ensure that users have access to any FAQ or troubleshooting information.
